Traditional Karate

We are associated with Karate-Zen International and practice 'touch contact' karate, although more contact is allowed as a student progresses through the ranks. These classes are available to everyone from the age of 6 years old. Adult classes also available.

Competition Karate

We have a special competition group for students who would like to participate in the Martial Arts Competition Arena without having to do the Traditional aspect of the art. Students are able to work toward their Black Belt in Competition Karate.

Kombatan

New to South Africa, Kombatan is a Stick Fighting form which originated in the Phillipines. This new art is very relaxing with high focus on self defence with far less formalities than karate. Minimum age for kombatan classes is 10 years.
